Rebecca, having had that experience, is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs achieve the bigger future they want. As a Program Advisor and a coach for the Strategic Coach® Team Programs, Rebecca gets the opportunity to support entrepreneurs every day, helping them overcome challenges and capture opportunities.

“I love coaching entrepreneurs,” Rebecca says, “because they’re people after my own heart. I love their spirit and their ability to think big.” It’s a spirit she’s familiar with, coming from a family in which everyone is self-employed.

Rebecca graduated from university in 1999 with a degree in media performance, which led to her being a television and radio presenter in Manchester, and performing in local stage productions.

In 2004, she started a successful business of her own, Starry Night Ceilings, creating murals that are invisible during the day, but in the dark reveal a luminescent night sky scene. “I’m passionate about creating an experience for people—hence why I love working at Strategic Coach.”

Her role at Strategic Coach® lets her make a contribution on a number of levels. “The Team Programs not only benefit the entrepreneur; the individuals who attend also gain a lot of value personally. They become more aware of their Unique Ability®, gain confidence, and gain an understanding of how to use the tools, which then enables them to grow and strive for more — not only on a work level, but on a personal level too. Working for an entrepreneur is all about partnership, and attending a Team Program helps them realise their importance in working as a team with their entrepreneur.”

Rebecca lives with her boyfriend in an area of Bolton that is set in a park. She often enjoys the scenery whilst running — aiming for her goal to run two half-marathons each year. Her family lives close by, which gives her lots of opportunities to perform in another new role — as a proud aunt to her nephew.
