When you place your order online, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. This is generated automatically, and will not show your discounts, shipping charges, or sales tax. This is the subtotal only, and not what will be charged to your credit card. Secure information, including your credit card number, is not transmitted through email.
When our team puts together your order, they will:
- check if you are a current or past Strategic Coach® client,
- review the number of items in your order,
- apply all the available discounts for you,
- review your comments for special requests,
- and email or call you to reply to questions written in the Comments and Special Instructions area.
Once your order is ready to be sent, our team will send you an email confirmation of:
- discounts that have been applied,
- shipping costs,
- taxes, if applicable,
- and the final total charged to your credit card.
